Good staff always there if you need. Good location, you can walk to Royal Palace without difficulty. Small pool, but it's great regarding the temperature. Breakfast with a lot of variety of food. Clean.
Noisy sometimes during the night (dogs barking outside) and sunlight comes into the room in the morning even with the curtain.

Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests. Wifi worked well.
Staff at the restaurant require a bit more training as they seem a bit disorganized in carrying out their duties.

Great value for the money, modern new hotel. Clean, big flat screen tv and nice bathroom :) Friendly staff!
Very thin walls, neighbour dogs were barking the hole night, and it was quite much trafic on the road outside the hotel.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great design throughout the hotel. Nice (but small) poolarea. Thorough cleaning of rooms - spotless.
The hotel had only been open for five days when we stayed there, so there were some (minor) beginners' problems. Empty minibar, no "do not disturb sign" (housekeeping comes early!). Wifi didn't work in rooms, only in lobby. Location of hotel isn't great. However, considering all this, we would STILLwarmly recomend this hotel!
